About Todd L. Wallen, Esq.
Todd L. Wallen became an accomplished civil litigator and appellate practitioner as a partner at a national litigation firm, where he practiced for more than fourteen years. During that period, Todd represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in commercial disputes, insurance disputes, and personal injury actions involving various product lines. He also served as national counsel for the manufacturer of a well-known emergency medical product and gained recognition as a “Top Attorney” in the areas of “product liability defense” and “corporate and business litigation” by the South Florida Legal Guide.
Prior to joining the national litigation firm, Todd worked as a law clerk for a judge on the Florida Third District Court of Appeal; he also argued criminal appeals on behalf of the Florida Attorney General’s Office. Because of this experience, Todd litigates his cases with an eye toward the appellate record.
Todd graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998 and from Middlebury College, in Vermont, with a degree in economics in 1995. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Florida and in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
